Do I need a lot of data?
Unless you are a heavy power user, streaming data heavy content such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook then you will be just fine with the lower data plans.
How fast is the data speed?
These plans will support the data speed of whatever device it's activated on. The U30 currently supports 4G LTE speeds around the globe. However we do have plans of introducing 5G devices in the future, which these plans will be able to support 5G.
Do monthly plans last 30 days or 1 month?
Monthly plans last exactly one month from the day of activation. So if you were to activate it during the month of February, you will not be receiving any extra days in March.
How many countries does the portal offer?
On this storefront we only offer data plans for the US, Japan, Mexico, France, United Kingdom, and China. However in our portal, we offer hundreds of data plans in over 140+ countries.
What if I run out of data?
You can easily top up your data through our portal at any point. Whether you're on a trip or at the library, you can activate it immediately.
What’s the difference between a Daily Pass and the Monthly Plan?
A Daily Pass is best for short trips or coverage on specific days.
A Japan data bundle or USA data bundle gives you a larger prepaid data amount for longer stays and heavier use (work, maps, streaming, hotspot sharing).
How long does a daily pass last?
Daily passes last for exactly 24 hours from the time you activate, if multiple days were purchased then it will follow this cycle.
Can I switch countries after buying a Daily Pass?
Daily Passes are usually country-specific. If you’re visiting multiple countries, you’ll want a Daily Pass for each country (or a regional plan if offered).
Will this work everywhere in Japan or the United States?
Coverage depends on local networks. Most customers get strong service in cities and populated areas, while rural or remote regions may have weaker signal.
