2.3 Shipping and Delivery. Products will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping times may vary. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order ships.

2.4 Returns and Refunds. You may return a Product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the Product is returned in its original packaging and condition. All shipping costs are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact us through the Website.

3.1 You will receive 100GB of free data for use in Japan for the first 30 days after activating your device.

3.2 To claim the free data, you must access oneunidata.com and activate your device. You must also create an account on oneunidata.com to purchase data packages for future use.

3.3 The free data offer is subject to change or termination at any time without notice.

  1. User Content

4.1 You may submit content to the Website, such as reviews or comments ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Unidata a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Website.

4.2 You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content will not violate any third-party rights or any applicable laws. 8.1  Unidata warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

8.2 If a Product is defective, you may return it to Unidata for repair or replacement. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us through email.

8.3  This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification, or attempted repair by anyone other than Unidata.

8.4  THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
